Study On The Countermeasures Of Ecological Environmental Pollution Prevention In The Sea Area Of Hang Zhou Bay

Zhejiang province has proposed a major decision and deployment for the construction of the large garden and large passageway metropolitan area in the Greater Bay Area in 2018,making the strategic position of Hangzhou Bay's marine economy more prominent,and Zhejiang's marine economy development ushers in new opportunities.However,research shows that the water environment of Hangzhou Bay is seriously affected by the pollution of terrestrial waste water and wastewater,aquaculture,marine fisheries,reclamation,etc.,resulting in reducing wetlands and biodiversity,and increasing land-based pollutants into the sea.The ecological environment has been severely damaged.The marine ecological environment problems caused by the excessive intensity of human activities and marine development are becoming increasingly serious.The deterioration of the environmental quality or the economic and resource losses caused by the lack of understanding of the quality of the marine environment has increased gradually.It has become a containment of regional environmental problem and regional economic development factor.This article explains the current status of the ecological environment in the Hangzhou Bay,conducts a more in-depth analysis of the cause and problem of pollution in the Hangzhou Bay,.From control of the total amount of land-based pollutants entering the sea and the coastal urban environment,to propose effective prevention and control countermeasures for the ecological protection of the Hangzhou Bay water environment,comprehensive management,emission trading applications,ecological compensation,and other aspects were explored at the institutional,technical,and regulatory level by borrowing and comparing the experience of domestic and foreign marine protection practices The study can provide benefits for the construction and optimization of the Hangzhou Bay sewage treatment system,and promote the sewage treatment of Hangzhou Bay,optimize continuously the marine industry layout,strengthen marine ecological protection,strengthen marine management innovation and intensive use of resources,promote the coordinated development of regional economic construction and marine ecological construction,and the construction of "beautiful Zhejiang" and a strong marine province.
