Network meta-analysis is an extension of traditional meta-analysis,all using the statistical theory method to combine and summarize multiple research results with the same research purpose in the same field. The Network meta analysis method can be used to combine the research results with inconsistent research conclusions.Through the analysis of the combined data, the analysis results close to the real situation can be obtained. The research results are relatively objective and rigorous. Its research feature is to use the existing(published or unpublished)data of independent research results for combined analysis, without the need to analyze the original data of each observation object in each independent study. The traditional Meta analysis is limited to the comparison between two interventions, but when comparing three or more interventions,it is necessary to perform this comparison through a mesh Meta analysis. Therefore, this article uses mesh meta-analysis to study the effect of adjuvant drug therapy on hemostasis in total knee arthroplasty. The basic principles followed by Network meta-analysis include: asking questions, searching for relevant literature, formulating literature inclusion and exclusion criteria, extracting information, statistical processing, reporting results, etc. This study included a total of five outcome indicators: two of them are main outcome indicators,Intraoperative blood loss and blood transfusion, three secondary outcome indicators, postoperative blood loss, postoperative hemoglobin content and DVT incidence,a total of 73 studies,7707 subjects. The results of the study show that intravenous injection of TXA before surgery can effectively reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss during total knee replacement compared with other treatment options. The above is not the best treatment plan, but it is better than the control group. It is a feasible treatment plan. However,in the incidence of postoperative DVT,intravenous injection before TXA will increase the incidence of venous thrombosis. This article combines the statistical theory of Network meta-analysis and applies the data analysis to the example of the comparison of the hemostatic effect ofadjuvant drug therapy in total knee arthroplasty, and draws a reliable conclusion by analyzing the data.
