Objective:To evaluate the intervention effect of resistance training, aerobic training combined with resistance training, moderate intensity continuous training and interval training on blood lipid parameters of overweight and obese adults by using the method of network meta-analysis,so as to provide high-level evidence support for the choice of exercise mode for the purpose of blood lipid control. Methods:PubMed,EMBASE,the Cochrane Library, web of science, and CNKI databases were searched for published randomized controlled trials involving the intervention of overweight and obese adults by using the above four exercise methods and including blood lipid parameters as the outcome index. The search time was from January 2000 to November 2020.Two reviewers independently screened the literature, extracted the data and evaluated the risk of bias in the included study.Stata 14.2 software was used for network meta-analysis to compare the effect of four exercise methods on blood lipid control in overweight and obese people. Results:a total of 36 RCTs involving 1722 overweight and obese subjects were included. The results of network meta-analysis showed that compared with the control group, aerobic training combined with resistance training was the most effective in improving HDL-C[MD=0.15,95%CI(0.08,0.23),P=0.000],reducing total cholesterol[MD=-0.34,95%CI(-0.63,-0.04),P=0.025]and triglyceride[MD=-0.28,95%CI(-0.42,-0.13),P=0.000]in overweight and obese adults.Due to the inconsistency,it is impossible to find the best way to reduce LDL-C through SUCRA.Traditional meta-analysis showed that only aerobic training combined with resistance training significantly reduced LDL-C compared with the control group[MD=-0.167,95%CI(-0.316,-0.018),P=0.028,12=19.9%].In the aspect of improving HDL-C,aerobic training combined with resistance training is most effective, followed by resistance training(SUCRA=70.6),moderate intensity continuous training(SUCRA=46.3)and interval training(SUCRA=38.8);in the aspect of reducing total cholesterol, aerobic training combined with resistance training is most effective, followed by interval training(SUCRA=68.8),moderate intensity continuous training(SUCRA=56.1)and resistance training(SUCRA=10.8);in the aspect of reducing triglyceride, aerobic training combined with resistance training is most effective, followed by moderate intensity continuous training(SUCRA=55.8),resistance training(SUCRA=54.2)and interval training(SUCRA=40.3).Conclusion:the evidence of network meta-analysis shows that aerobic training combined with resistance training is probably the best way to improve the blood lipid parameters of overweight and obese adults.
