With the development of economy and the improvement of people’s cultural level,people have higher and higher requirements on medical treatment,Medical units have put forward a higher demand for testing equipment.As the most common and frequently used equipment in medical units,the accuracy and reliability of the hematology analyzer are particularly important.In order to improve the test results and equipment reliability,it is of great significance to carry out hazard analysis and reliability distribution research of hematology analyzer.This paper takes the hematology analyzer as the research object,with the purpose of reliability distribution,On the basis of being familiar with its working principle and structure division,the influence factors such as reliability hazard degree,importance degree,maintainability,working environment,cost and manufacturing technology are comprehensively considered.Fuzzy theories such as fuzzy interval number,fuzzy cloud model and nonlinear combination weighting method were introduced to study the reliability distribution of hematology analyzer.Firstly,reliability modeling is carried out according to the fault maintenance data of the hematology analyzer,model distribution is determined by model identification,and model parameter estimation is conducted by combining maximum likelihood estimation method and dichotomy,so as to obtain the reliability index of the hematology analyzer;Secondly,the interval number principle is combined with the risk priority number to carry out the hazard quantitative analysis of the hematology analyzer,with the fuzzy interval number instead of the real number to express the uncertain information;Thirdly,The unit importance and maintainability of the hematology analyzer were analyzed by fuzzy score method and fuzzy cloud model respectively,and the importance and maintenance indexes of each unit are determined,which provides reference for reliability distribution.Finally,in order to solve the subjective arbitrariness of fuzzy AHP weighting method and the influence of objective random error of information entropy weighting method,the nonlinear combination weighting method was adopted to determine the fuzzy weight of influencing factors.Based on the VIKOR method,the reliability distribution of the hematology analyzer was conducted by MATLAB programming,and the reliability index value of each unit was obtained.In this paper,the reliability allocation of Hematology Analyzer Based on fuzzy theory can allocate reasonable reliability indexes for each unit of hematology analyzer,and guide the product research and development department to improve the reliability of the hematology analyzer.Meanwhile,the method provided in this paper can also be applied to the development of similar products and provide guidance for enterprises.
