Research On Influence Factors Of MES User Behavior Based On UTAUT Model

The Internet is developing continuously,then produced the related concept of industry 4.0.At present,the manufacturing industry has accepted three different reforms.In the three industrial revolutions,it has changed from the old to the more advanced stage and has been continuously promoted.With the help of industry 4.0,"decentralization" will become the symbol of the new era.China hopes to realize its own transformation and upgrade with industry 4.0,which is a very severe challenge in our country.Industry 4.0 has an ability to use automatic control and network to achieve the effective integration of human,computer,information.Manufacturing execution system(MES)occupies a very important position in the process of reform.The specific research on the corresponding effect in using MES system can guide industry 4.0 to achieve localization better.This thesis combs the theories and models in the field of technology acceptance,selects the UTAUT model with higher explanatory power as the theoretical basis,summarizes the relevant research on the influencing factors of MES system usage behavior at home and abroad,and combines the individual characteristics of enterprises and Ang.A UTAUT model for the study of MES system usage behavior is established,and five research hypotheses are proposed.Through drawing lessons from the mature scale of relevant research at home and abroad,the questionnaire is compiled,and the data is collected by the online questionnaire and the offline thesis questionnaire.The descriptive statistics,reliability analysis,validity analysis and regression analysis of the data were carried out by using SPSS19.0 software to verify the existence of the research model.Validity,judging whether the research hypothesis is true or not.Finally,according to the results of empirical analysis,five factors influencing employee's MES use behavior are obtained.The results show that students' performance expectation and effort expectation have a positive effect on their use intention;And the social influence negatively affects the intention to use.
