Herdsmen have lived long on the grassland for a long time.It is an essential feature of traditional nomadic life to live by water and grass.However,uncontrolled grazing has brought great pressure to the fragile grassland ecological environment.To protect the grassland ecological environment,policies were introduced,by nomadic herders started settled into a "shepherd" in succession,the pasture local-style dwelling houses and the surrounding environment as the main range of herdsmen in various production and living,but its existing residential building system is not mature,the low level of design and construction,the lack of heat preservation measures,poor air tightness,heating facilities,humble,result in the heating period of pastoral areas consume large amounts of energy,and directly caused by herdsmen local-style dwelling houses in winter the present situation of the indoor thermal comfort is poorer.Therefore,it is worth considering how to combine the local natural,climatic and cultural environment in the northeast of Xilingol to build herdsmen dwellings with low energy consumption and high comfort.This article will guide the North-East existing forage field residence as the research object,using literature,field investigation,thermal environment test,simulation study of research methods,combined with local residence status qua grass field,thermal environment and humane environment characteristics and so on,combined with the architecture,climatology,building thermal engineering and other related theory,qualitative analysis was carried out on the local herdsmen climate adaptability,to extract summarizes climate suitable for local residential development strategy,to suitable for residential construction measures on forage field to make quantitative analysis,determine suitable for local technology should be taken in actual construction process,It provides reference for the optimization and transformation of local dwellings.Firstly,through a literature review,the paper establishes the theoretical inseparable connection of regional characteristics,climate and architecture.Secondly,grasp the local climate characteristics data and building basic data,as well as the field investigation,test and questionnaire summary analysis of the fixed pasture dwellings,so as to define the coping strategies for the climate adaptation targets in the two fixed pasture dwellings,namely the building space and the building interface.On the basis of the strategy,further quantitative analysis of the proposed adaptive strategy,judge the feasibility and practical effect of the strategy,and put forward appropriate local improvement measures;Finally,the optimal design scheme of the residence in the pasture was obtained.This study in order to "qualitative and quantitative" research methods to explore,being suitable for the northeast the climate adaptability forage field building and design method of grass field for the future residential construction and existing dwellings of reference and theoretical guidance for the energy saving transformation,to improve the quality of the region nomads living environment,reduce energy consumption of the local construction has important significance.
