Absolute distance measurement research occupies a decisive position in the measurement and testing discipline,and is widely used in industrial manufacturing,national defense construction,and basic disciplines.In recent years,the method of laser interference frequency sweep ranging has been studied in depth.This method has the potential for high accuracy and wide range ranging,but it is susceptible to environmental noise and laser noise.In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings,this paper studies the non-optical interference swept frequency ranging method.The studied ranging method has strong suppression ability to the experimental environment noise,the measured object noise,and the laser noise,and provides new research for ranging.Ideas.The following are the main research contents carried out on the scanning distance measurement without optical interference:Theoretical derivation of absolute distance measurement without optical interference swept frequency was carried out,the expressions of measured distance,phase and frequency were obtained,and the theoretical model of ranging was established to verify the correctness of the method.Based on the model,the sources of error in the theory of ranging are analyzed.A distance measuring experimental device was built.After the laser light source passed through the dual-frequency light generating device and the ranging optical path,dual-frequency light and ranging light were obtained.The principle of dual-frequency optical frequency scanning is introduced,and a signal detection experiment is carried out to verify the feasibility of the ranging experiment device.Carried out the experiment of non-optical interference swept frequency ranging,and obtained the experimental data of ranging.The experimental data adopts two data processing methods of FFT and curve fitting.The results show that: curve fitting is better than FFT;when the distance to be measured is 24 m,the statistical error is 0.04 m.The research in this paper solves the problem of the influence of environmental noise,laser noise and vibration noise of the measured object on the measurement accuracy in a large range and high-precision absolute distance measurement,and has potential application prospects in the field of metrology and testing.
