Recent years,the government's policy support to the geographic information industry has continuously promoted the development of the geographic information industry.The development of social economy and information technology have made continuous breakthroughs,which has helped the geographic information industry in China grow rapidly since the 12 th Five-Year Plan period.With the vigorous support of the national policy to the new geographic information industry service enterprises and the continuous expansion of the market demand of the geographic information industry,GXBDX company firmly grasps the opportunity of rapid development of the geographic information survey and mapping industry in Guangxi.In recent years,the scale of business has been expanding,and the demand for personnel has expanded rapidly.Human resource management is the key to the supplement of talents and the development of organizations.As the basis of human resource planning,talent recruitment is the prerequisite for the rapid development of enterprises.Especially in the context of the current knowledge economy tide,professional workers' skills can bring strong competitive advantages to enterprises.However,the company's recruitment work failed to keep up with the pace of the company's development,talent reserves and personnel needs to meet the bottleneck.The inefficiency of recruitment results in the untimely arrival of employees and the lack of professionalism in recruitment,which leads to the low satisfaction of employees and job seekers with human resources,and to a certain extent affects the corporate image.The main manifestations are the serious absence of staff,the high turnover rate of employees,the negative and restrained working atmosphere.The lack of talent strategy makes it difficult for companies to stand out in the fierce talent competition.This paper takes GXBDX company as the research object,through the analysis of the original recruitment work of GXBDX company,based on the problems existing in the recruitment process and the influencing factors of recruitment management,investigates the recruitment satisfaction of employees and department managers,and finds that there are unclear job description and new recruitment channels in GXBDX company's recruitment.There are a series of problems,such as insufficient use of Tao,serious randomness of talent selection,low level of recruitment specialization,lack of recruitment evaluation and entry tracking,and lack of systematic recruitment management.Based on the above problems and GXBDX company's development strategy,this paper optimizes the company's recruitment systemfrom five aspects: formulating human resources planning,training recruitment team,creating a good corporate culture environment,broadening recruitment channels and optimizing recruitment flow,which makes the recruitment work forward-looking,professional,thorough and systematic.Sex really serves the company's strategic development needs.
