| This paper was summarized the development of capillary electrophoresis andstudied high performance capillary electrophoresis on-line enrichment technology and itsapplication in medicine and food analysis.1. Summarizes the theory of capillary electrophoresis, detection method andapplication progress.2. Combined Sweeping-Micellar with Capillary Electrokinetic Chromatography, anew sweeping-micellar electrokinetic chromatographic method was established toseparate and determine ferulic acid, protocatechuic aldehyde and protocatechuic acid inurgent bronchitis syrup. This method is successfully used for the separation of ferulicacid, protocatechuic aldehyde and protocatechuic acid. Under the optimized conditions, the above three kinds of material was performed within15min. Relative standarddeviation (RSDs) of peak area is less than5%. The detection limit and recovery of ferulicacid were109.95μg/L and92.74%~102.39%. The detection limit and recovery ofprotocatechuic aldehyde were88.48μg/L and96.4%~100.74%. The detection limit andrecovery of protocatechuic acid were15.96μg/L and96.87%~100.95%.3. Combined Electrostacking Field Amplified sample injection withSweeping-Micellar and Capillary Electrokinetic Chromatography, a new ElectrostackingField Amplified sample injection-Micellar Electrokinetic Chromatography method wasestablished to separate and determine nipagin in compound dexamethasone acetatecream. This method is successfully used for determination of nipagin in compounddexamethasone acetate cream. Under the optimized conditions, the above two substanceswas performed within10min.Relative standard deviation (RSDs) of peak area is lessthan5%.The detection limit and recovery of methylparaben were27.69μg/L and99.72%~100.33%. The detection limit and recovery of propylparaben were84.11μg/L and98.86%~102.29%.4. Combined Large Volume injection with Capillary Zone Electrophoresis, a new thelarge volume injection-reverse current flow accumulation-capillary zone electrophoresismethod was established to separate and determine honokiol, chlorogenic acid and caffeicacid in Clear liver and gallbladder oral liquid. This method is successfully used fordetermination of honokiol, chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid in liver and gallbladder oralliquid. Under the optimized conditions, the above three kinds of material was performedwithin20min. Relative standard deviation (RSDs) of peak area is less than5%. Thedetection limit and recovery of honokiol were184.2ng/L and98.4%~103.4%. Thedetection limit and recovery of chlorogenic acid were36.07μg/L and97.7%~104.3%.The detection limit and recovery of caffeic acid were77.99ng/L and95.2%~104.3%.5. Combined Large Volume injection with Capillary Zone Electrophoresis, a new thelarge volume injection-reverse current flow accumulation-capillary zone electrophoresismethod was established to separate and determine baicalin, ferulic acidand chlorogenic acid in gardenia golden flower pill. This method is successfully used fordetermination of baicalin, ferulic acid and chlorogenic acid in golden flower gardenia pill.Under the optimized conditions, the above three kinds of material was performed within20min.Relative standard deviation (RSDs) of peak area is less than5%. The detectionlimit and recovery of baicalin were2.392ng/L were98.99%~102.4%. The detectionlimit and recovery of ferulic acid were0.2007ng/L and97.61%~103.7%. The detectionlimit and recovery of chlorogenic acid were4.831ng/L and98.84%~100.7%.6. A new the pressurized capillary electrochromatography method was establishedto separate and determine of sorbic acid sodium, sunset yellow and lemon yellow. Underthe optimized conditions, the above three kinds of material was performed within10min.Relative standard deviation (RSDs) of peak area is less than5%. The detection limit andrecovery of sorbic acid sodium were13.80μg/L and97.47~101.7%. The detection limitand recovery of sorbic acid sodium were12.93μg/L and97.98~101.7%. The detectionlimit and recovery of sunset yellow were5.523μg/L and98.57~104.6%. Compared withthe Capillary Zone Electrophoresis method, with high efficiency, rapid, high sensitivityand good reproducibility. |
