Electroehemilumineseence method has the characteristics of high sensitivity?widelinear range? good selectivity and simplicity for instrument? the researches ofChemiluminescence in drug analysis has attracted more and more analysts?attention?andthe development is very rapid?This paper established a variety of renewable and novelelectrochemiluminescence sensor by Ru(bpy)32+were immobilized on the electrode?Thereutilization of Ru(bpy)32+solves the problem of the environmental pollution and higheranalysis cost brought by Ru (bpy)32+constantly consumption?meanwhile improves thesensitivity and stability of analysis?The concrete research content is as follows?1. Using the film forming properties of Silica sol and conductivity of Nano-Au?ANano-Au/Silica sol/PVP modified gold electrode was prepared?Based on the obviouselectrochemiluminescence sensitization effect of Tiapride Hydrochloride with Ru(bpy)32+on the modified electrode?a new analytical method for the determination of TiaprideHydrochloride tablet was developed?Under the optimum condition?the calibration curveshowed a good linearity with Tiapride Hydrochloride concentration in the range of1.0×10-7?1.0×10-4mol/L (r2=0.9978) and the detection limit (S/N=3) was6.7×10-10mol/L?The RSD for10times determination of1.0×10-5mol/L Tiapride Hydrochloridewas1.78%?This method was applied to the analysis of Tiapride Hydrochloride tabletwith satisfactory results?2. A electrochemiluminescence sensor of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride wasfabricated by Ionic liquid/Silica sol/Nafion composite immobilizing Ru(bpy)32+to goldelectrode?and its electrochemical and ECL characteristies were studied?Under theoptimum condition?the calibration curve showed a good linearity with Levofloxacinconcentration in the range of1.0×10-7?1.0×10-4mol/L (r2=0.9984) and the detectionlimit (S/N=3) was1.59×10-9mol/L?The RSD for10times determination of2.2×10-5mol/L Levofloxacin was3.57%?3. Ionic liquid/Silica sol/CS composite was prepared employing the conductivityof Ionic liquid and Silica sol as the carrier?A novel electrochemiluminescence sensor ofTiapride Hydrochloride was successful fabricated based on the composite immobilizingRu(bpy)32+to gold electrode?and its electrochemical and ECL characteristies werestudied?Under the optimum condition?the calibration curve showed a good linearity withTiapride Hydrochloride concentration in the range of4.0×10-7?1.0×10-4mol/L(r2=0.9962) and the detection limit (S/N=3) was1.82×10-9mol/L?The RSD for10timesdetermination of1.0×10-5mol/L Tiapride Hydrochloride was1.6%?4.
