Coal direct liquefaction crude oil contains phenols and aromatic compounds,it will consume large amounts of hydrogen in the progress of hydro fining,increase the cost of the hydrofining of the liquefaction crude oil.The group composition of Coal direct liquefaction crude oil is analyzed by column chromatography.GC/MS is used to analysis the qualitative and quantitative characterization of the oil.The results show that phenolic compounds content in the coal liquefaction oil is over 10%,mainly exist in the form of lower phenol such as phenol,cresol and xylenol.Aromatic substances are accounted for about 60%of coal direct liquefaction crude oil,and the structure is complicated.The BTX,naphthalene series and phenanthrene series are the main component of the aromatics.According to the coal tar phenol removal technology,alkali salt method is used to remove the phenols in the liquefied oil.With the method of orthogonal experiments,the various process parameters influencing on the phenol removal effect is studied.In the better conditions for the phenol removal,the separation effect of phenols can reach more than 88%,With carbon dioxide acidize sodium phenolate,overall phenol recovery yield can reach more than 70%.At the same time,the phenol removal dynamics of simulation oil was studied in a non constant interfacial state.The reaction activation energy of phenol removal is 47.01 KJ/mol under the experimental conditions.Referring to the methods of separation of aromatics in petrochemical industry,using the method of solvent extraction,the component solvents of furfural and sulfolane are used to separate the aromatics.The separation of aromatics can reach more than 80%,solvent recycled over 90%,a recycling solvent purity over 90%in the test conditions.The technical route of the separation of phenols and aromatic compounds of direct coal liquefaction oil is put forward.The separated products are further processing for production of crude phenol and aromatic products,which can improve the economic value of the direct coal liquefaction process.
