Sulfur compounds has a widespread and important application value,S-S bond and C-S bond is very common in all kinds of the compounds.This kind of structure has the high medicinal value.In addition,indole compounds with high biological activity,especially used for synthetic drugs,help mankind to resist disease with great effect.In this paper the front two chapters mainly introduce the research of the synthetic reaction of the sulfur compounds and the activity of C-H bond of 3-indole,under certain conditions,it can reaction with other small molecule compounds or functional.The next three chapters is the experimental section of this paper:(1)Reports that can be learned from lots of literatures,the synthesis methods of the sulfur compounds are mostly through control with oxidant for oxidation of thiol.This section first use benzene sulfonyl imidazole derivatives as raw materials,in the metal catalyst CuO,reductant K2S,ligand 1-10 Phen and toluene and N-methyl pyrrolidone as mixed solvent,under the condition of 100 ?,getting two sulfur compounds with a pot method.(2)In reference to a method of synthesis of the sulfur compounds on the basis of above,our team has carried on the further exploration.Same with benzene sulfonyl imidazole derivatives as raw materials,in non-metal catalyst I2,reductant NaBH4,ligand 1-10 Phen and 1,4-dioxane as solvent,under the condition of 90 ?,getting two sulfur compounds with a pot method.(3)Indole derivatives as well as the kind of small molecular compound with sulfur in pesticide,medicine,chemical industry is of great value.however,Chemical family want to combine the two kinds of compounds to creat new compound which has better characteristics and value.And they never stop trying in this direction.This part with benzene sulfonyl imidazole and indole derivatives as raw materials,in non-metal catalyst I2,additive HOAc,toluene as solvent,the temperature is 100? condition,getting indole derivatives of 3-sulfur substituents with a pot method.
