Objective:This article is Sorbus antioxidant flavonoids and lowering blood sugar,lowering blood pressure to evaluate the function of research.Antioxidant capacity of the tumor suppressor role of the Flavonoids have strong antioxidant capacity.Sorbus protective effects of flavonoids damage to DNA and protein increases the concentration of flavonoids Sorbus effect is more obvious,when the concentration of flavonoids Sorbus 5mg/mL and 10mg/mL,the protective effect on DNA damage is more significant.At a concentration of 10mg/mL,the protective effect of BSA protein strongest.Sorbus flavonoids on BGC823 cells proliferation was inhibited,in 24 to 48 hours over time increase the inhibition rate increases during 48 h,the inhibition rate reached 50%.72 h may be due to cell density is too large,affecting cell growth,and therefore no significant time variation.(3)with high glucose and lipid group(HFC group)compared Sorbus flavonoids,the high-dose group can significantly reduce body weight and liver weight in mice,and significantly increased with the dose enhancement;Sorbus flavonoids can significantly reduce small Rat blood sugar,while lowering serum TC and TG levels,increase HDL-C levels.Compared with the HFC group fed with increasing dose,serum TC and TG mice was significantly decreased,while HDL-C concentrations were significantly increased.Conclusion:The results of the study showed that the flavonoids Sorbus has strong antioxidant capacity,capable of oxidative damage to DNA and proteins and other biological macromolecules protect or repair effect,but also the value of gastric cancer cells was inhibited.Sorbus flavonoids can reduce serum lipids and glycemic index content in the blood and reduce lipid accumulation,achieve the aim of improving lipid metabolism disorders.And,Sorbus flavonoids as a new raw material,anti-oxidant and tumor suppressor,regulating the development of health food products,such as lipid metabolism has great application prospects.High-salt diet is an important external factor that threatens human health,which can lead to high blood pressure.It closely associated with cardiovascular disease.Increasing level of serum homocysteine(Hcy)causes Hyperhomocysteinemia(Hhcy).Many studies have shown that Hhcy is an independent risk factor for cardiovascular disease.High-salt diet and Hhcy are associated with cardiovascular disease,but there is little research on the relationship between the high-salt diet and Hhcy.This study devoted to exploring the effects of high salt stress on the metabolism of Hcy at animals and cellular level.Betaine and taurine,which are osmotic pressure regulators and related to Hcy metabolism,are selected to research whether they antagonistic high salt stress on Hcy metabolism.Studies provide theoretical guidance for further study the relationship between high-salt diet and Hhcy Hhcy and prevention and treatment.
