On the energy consumption in the wastewater treatment process is animportant factor leading to de al with higher costs,high running costs have restricted their wider application.Therefore,the preparatio n of coal-water slurry technology research of wastewater with high salinity,for energy saving,environ mentally-friendly sewage treatment has greatsignificance.Used to configure high salts wastewater preparation of coal-water slurry technology courses,by co nfiguring the artificial salt water instead of regular tap water from different concentration gradients,dry-wet method for laboratory evaluation of distribution,the main research contents are as follows:1.Simul ation study on high salinity wastewater distribution of water-coal slurry.Experimental results are as foll ows:?When water and NaCl,Na2SO4,Na2CO3,NaHCO3,MgSO4 concentrations respectively,0.8w t%,0.5wt%,0.65wt%,0.65wt%,1.0wt%,experimental coalto slurry,NaCl concentration in the 0.8w t%experiment of coal slurry concentration minimum viscosity,for the 742.3mPa.s,highest concentratio n of 825.5 viscosity mPa.s;?Replace water with saturated solution of calcium sulfate negative virtue o f pulp;? 1.0wt%the NaOH solution instead of a clear negative virtue of pulp;?When the theory of pu 1p concentration is constant,NaCl and Na2S04 complex of 1:1 at best ratio of pulp and salt water;?I n NaCl and Na2SO4 complex of 1:1 under the salt concentration in the 5g/L-7g/L experiment of coal sl urry concentration minimum viscosity,643.3?663.3 mPa.s.?Salt contained in the waste water to a cert ain extent have promoting effect on viscosity of coal-water slurry,no significant effect on the stability o f slurry.?Contact angle test shows:Apart from NaCl solution of two concentrations,and the rest vario us salts and their concent rations compared to the contact angle and contact angle with water,showed a n increasing trend,the hydrophobic interaction of coal more,better pulp.?Tests show that the pH value:When the slurry's pH value while it is acid or alkaline environments,conducive to a pulp when the slurr y's pH value while it is in strong alkaline environment is not conducive to pulp.?Salt water slurry com bustion thermal testing results show that:Compared with water pulping.except for coal water slurry pre pared with saturated solution of CaS04 in the heat of combustion is obviously too low,remaining conce nt ration of salts and brine the heat of combustion of coal-water slurry preparation and had no significan t difference.2.Experimental study on configuration of coal water slurry production wastewater.Ningdon g base energy BDO Sinopec great wall sections containing form aldehyde-containing wastewater,waste water containing PVA section of Zinc salt of salt for the water distribution materials,complete configura tion of the wastewater laboratory evaluation.Experiments show that when water containing form aldehy de in the salt content of zinc-containing wastewater with salt water for 0.6wt%and 8.6wt%experimen t of coal slurry concentration minimum viscosity,925.6mPa.s.In short,this paper studies,contained in wastewater with high salt encrusted on the modification o f coal-water slurry to a certain extent:Salts exist less apparent viscosity of coal-water slurry as well as t o improve its stability.This provides a basis for guidance for industrial application.
