The chemical composition of coal chemical industry is complex and contains a lot of tar,phenol,ammonia,methylamine,hydrogen sulfide,carbon dioxide and other substances.At present,the waste water treatment generally adopts three processes of pre-physical treatment,secondary treatment,and advanced treatment.The X company's methylamine/DMF plant will produce a large amount of high-concentration organic wastewater during the production process,which is characterized by high ammonia nitrogen content,high toxicity,poor biodegradability,and difficulty in biological treatment of wastewater.These wastewater components are complex,with high COD and methylamines as the main components,and also contain a variety of toxic and harmful inhibitory pollutants.Due to the higher requirements of the customers on product quality,organic wastewater with a higher concentration and higher COD is generated which far exceeds the design value.At present,X company adopts an "anoxic-aerobic process" for the treatment of methylamine-pretreated coal chemical wastewater.However,high-concentration methylamine organic wastewater will cause the sludge activity to be reduced or inactivated,and the quality of the effluent water will not meet the standard.To this end,X company put forward a targeted technical transformation of methylamine wastewater treatment.X company's technological transformation made use of methylamine wastewater to make coal-water slurry.The transformation of methylamine wastewater treatment unit solved the problem of high-concentration organic wastewater treatment.Mainly studied(1)Evaluation of slurry performance of methylamine wastewater used for preparation of coal water slurry(2)Preliminary theoretical discussion on the influence of methylamine/DMF plant wastewater used for industrial pulping on gasification process(3)Impact of methylamine/DMF plant wastewater on industrial pulping on site of gasified coal grinding(4)Reconstruction of original sewage treatment station(5)Operation of gasifier after technological transformation,component analysis and sewage treatment station operational analysis(6)Economic and social benefits after transformation.The main effects after the transformation are as follows:(1)The coal gasification process is stable after the technical renovation,the crude gas composition does not change significantly,and the equipment operates well.(2)The ammonia nitrogen content of the sewage discharged from the reformed sewage treatment station is lower than 5 mg/L and the COD content is 200mg/L,which is better than the environmental protection index.(3)The excess sewage treatment capacity of 20 m~3/h from the methylamine wastewater treatment station can ease the environmental pressure of Company X.
