Titanium silicon(TS-1)zeolite is one of the green catalytic materials with environmental friendly and extraordinary catalytic oxidation properties.The preparation and catalytic applications of TS-1 zeolite have been researched all the time.The recent results confirmed that nanometer TS-1 zeolite was better than micrometer TS-1 zeolite,because of the catalytic activity of TS-1 zeolite was relied on its crystal size intensively.Nanometer zeolite has the shorter pore,and it was in favor of the reactants and products of molecular transport and diffusion in the zeolite pore structure.The mass transfer resistance and prone to side reactions were reduced,and has high selectivity.In addition to,the nanometer zeolite exposed more catalytically active sites than micron TS-1,which has high catalytic activity.Currently,TS-1 zeolite was prepared by the method of hydrothermal synthesis named Thangaraj at home and abroad.A lot of research works about the preparation of TS-1 were done.However,there was little reported about the synthesis of nanometer TS-1 zeolite.In this thesis,traditional hydrothermal and non-framework titanium method were applied to solve the problem of low content of framework titanium of synthesis.The effects of template,crystallization modifier,the amount of titanium resources and crystallization conditions were investigated on synthesis of nanometer TS-1 zeolite.Eventually,the optimal synthesis conditions of being high titanium content of nanometer TS-1 zeolite were obtained.Using the method of Langmuir Blodgett,under the conditions of above research,the height of crystal of TS-1 zeolite was ordered assembly modified by sec-butyl alcohol come true.High and low concentrations of template of secondary growth on orientation of preparing TS-1 zeolite films were investigated respectively by the way of quadratic growth.The results confirmed that the orientation of the preparation of the seed layer were determined by the size of the zeolite crystal morphology,as same as the orientation of the TS-1 zeolite films decided by the orientation of the seed layer.TS-1 zeolite film a-&b-axis orientation was obtained by smaller grains of TS-1 particle.In contrast,highly b-axis orientation TS-1 zeolite films were prepared by the class of benzene ring silicalite-1 seed crystals.The laboratory work to be undertaken during entire process.Nanometer titanium silicon as catalysts and catalytic partied oxidation of n-hexane,as well as the orientation of the titanium silicon film as the main subject of TS-1 catalytic film reactor research work,relied on firm experimental basis.
