Wasted water that polluted by heavy-metal elements in copper-smelting enterprise has a complex composition and a changeable concentration,this make the consulting to it becomes much more difficult.The tradition moderate to handle the craft is hard to satisfy the request of the increasingly strict environmental protection laws.This text uses electochemistry wasted water processing craft,creatre products wasted water processing craft,heavy-metal scavengerin wasted water processing craft,and ferrite wasted water processing craft to deal with wasted water in the field or that belongs to gold-silver workshop,the earliest rain and the gypsum filtrates(wasted water after initial processing)of Jiangxi Copper Corp Guixi Smelter,for laboratory,pilot and pilot production,finding out the influence to the treatment effectduel to each factor,and compare the advantages and disadvantages of these four crafts.Electrochemistry wasted water processing craft is suitable to deal with gypsum filtrates and wasted water that is in the field,heavy-metal scavengerin wasted water processing craft is suitable to deal with the earliest rain,ferrite wasted water processing craft which combines with nano-iron is suitable to deal with wasted water belongs to gold-silver workshop.The process conditions of electrochemistry wasted water processing craft is to control the PH of neutralization tank to 9.5,then add[PAM]of 0.1%after oxidation,oxidation the supernatant again after electric chemistry dealing,get emission when it shows clear and reach the class.The process conditions ofheavy-metal scavengerin wasted water processing craft is to add combined FeSO4 to reaction tank with a Fe/As=10:1 proportion,add NaOH to a PH of 9.0,then add heavy-metal scavenger of a concentrate of 0.0005ml/L wasted water,get emission when it shows clear and reach the class.The process conditions ferrite wasted water processing craft which combines with nano-iron is to control the PH of the regulation tank to 6.5-7,add nano-iron in CMF reaction tank,control liquid after responding ORP 3 00mV?400mV.In the COF respond slot,increase the combined FeSO4 with Fe/As>proportion,then add[PAM]of 0.1%in COF reaction tank,get emission after filter and reach the class.
