Poly-ether-ether-ketone?PEEK?is an aromatic ultra heat-resistant engineering thermoplastics.Its glass transition temperature Tg is 143?and melting point Tm is 334?.There are rigid benzene rings,flexible ether linkages and carbonyl which can enhance the intermolecular forces on the macromolecular chains,and its structure is regular,so it has excellent performances such as high temperature resistantce,resistance to chemical attack,radiation resistance,high strength,high fracture toughness and easy processing and so on.In this experiment,the composites of PEEK/Cu,PEEK/Cu/CF were prepared,and its thermal conductivity,mechanical properties and thermal properties are researched.On this basis,the experiment studied the influence of three kinds of heat treatments on the properties of the material.The main results are as follows:1.PEEK/Cu composites is influenced by Cu particle size and content.As Cu particle size increase,the thermal conductivity first increase and decrease.When choosing 10um Cu particle size,thermal conductivity of PEEK/Cu composite increase with Cu loading increase and the mechanical decrease.2.CF plasma at different times after treatment,with CF the increase of plasma treatment time,impact strength and tensile strength rise.When the CF plasma treatment 4min,the impact strength of the composites increased compared with untreated handling 8.1%,and the tensile strength increased by 13.8%,while the CF plasma treatment 6min,the tensile strength decreased slightly.3.PEEK/Cu/CF composites thermal conductivity with the increase of the content of CF is on the rise.When the content of CF is small,thermal conductivity changes smaller.CF dosage was 10%,The thermal conductivity increased to 0.701W·m-1·K-1,compared to the CF without increasing more than doubled;then,the amount of CF continue to increase,the thermal conductivity of composites increase obviously slow down.Microscopic analysis showed that,CF bridging micron Cu particle,formate effective heat conduction pathway.When the amount of CF was 10%.The surface resistivity of composite materials by not adding CF in 1014?fell to 1011?.The tensile strength of the composite materials,With the increase of CF content increased,while the impact of strong surface resistivity decreased.4.With heat treatment of PEEK/Cu/CF composites.When the PEEK/Cu/CF composites under certain conditions after heat treatment,its mechanical properties,crystallization properties are improved significantly.Composite sample melting peak area increased significantly,melting temperature increased nearly 14?.The tensile strength of the composites increases to 117.7 MPa,compared with not the heat treatment samples increased by 13.0%;thermal stability has improved significantly.
