With the rapid development of cutting-edge fields such as aerospace,more and more attention has been paid to the research of lightweight,high strength and high temperature resistant materials.Carbon fiber reinforced high temperature resistant thermoplastic resin matrix composites have widely replaced metal materials in aerospace and other fields as primary structural materials due to their excellent comprehensive properties.Poly(ether ether ketone)resins,such as poly(ether ether ketone)(PEEK),are widely used as high-performance composite resin matrix because of their high temperature resistance,good mechanical properties and solvent resistance.Biphenyl polyether ether ketone ketone(PEBEKK)is a new type of poly(aryl ether ketone)resin with comprehensive performance better than PEEK,but its higher melting temperature(T_m)also brings greater challenges to its molding process.Therefore,there are relatively few researches on such materials at present.In this thesis,starting from the molecular structure design,a ketimine group was introduced into the side chain to prepare a soluble biphenyl polyether ether ketone ketone precursor,which was then reduced to PEBEKK with crystallization ability.At the same time,carbon fiber fabric prepregs were prepared by solution impregnation using soluble polymer precursors,and composite materials were prepared by compression molding and their performance was tested.The test results show that the composite has a tensile strength of 468.4 MPa,a tensile modulus of 41.6 GPa,a flexural strength of 535 MPa,a flexural modulus of 31.6GPa,and an interlaminar shear strength of 81.7 MPa.The dynamic thermal mechanical analysis(DMA)test results show that the upper limit temperature of the material can reach 370?,and the heat distortion temperature is 372.4?,indicating that the prepared composite material can be used for a long time above 300?.The work of this paper has certain guiding significance for the development of high temperature resistant materials suitable for the next generation of fighters.
