With the increasing of white pollution in China,the relevant departments attach great importance to the recycling of plastic polyester(PET)bottles.And natural fibers such as cotton are shortage.Above all,the ultra cotton fibers came into being.The ultra cotton fibers can not only solve the poor permeability of polyester fiber,not easy to stain,low water holding rate and low moisture regain,but also to alleviate the problem of resources and reduce pollution.At the same time,intelligent fiber is also being concerned.Therefore,based on the ultra cotton fibers,it modified its phase change,which has more practical significance and theoretical significance to the rich fiber varieties.In this study,a super imitation cotton fiber with waste PET bottles as raw material was prepared.Firstly,Alkali-soluble polyester is prepared with alcoholysates of recycled polyester bottles,PEG,SIPE and IPA.The modified copolyester with soft segment,polar side groups and meta isomer.Secondly,the alkali-soluble polyester,as modifier,and recycled polyester bottle chips were blended.A hollow fiber was obtained after stretching and setting.Thirdly,a good imitation cotton fiber was obtained after alkali treatment.Finally,we used the phase change properties of maleic acid double sixteen alcohol esters to process the ultra cotton fibers.The ultra cotton fibers with phase change energy storage function were obtained.The rheological properties of copolyesters under different temperatures were studied by capillary rheometer.The basic thermal performance parameters of copolyester chips were studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA).The orthogonal experiment was designed with temperature,time,alkali concentration and bath ratio,and the optimum conditions of alkali treatment were obtained.Under these conditions,we analyzed the effect of additives on performances of ultra cotton fibers,and the influence of alkali treatment time on the water retention rate,moisture regain.SEM,DSC and TG were compared before and after alkali treatment of fibers.We analyzed the effect of fabric structure on the alkali reduction rate,thermal properties,water holding rate,the moisture regain and the surface structure of ultra cotton fibers.The effect of phase change preparationmethod on the properties of phase change fabric was studied.The results indicated that the modifier is an amorphous polymer.It has similar shear thinning behavior with that of ordinary polyester.The glass transition temperature(Tg)and melting temperature(Tm)of the modifier were lower than that of PET,and the thermal stability of the modifier was better than that of pure PET.the optimum treatment process of alkali treatment was as follows: alkali treatment temperature was 90?,time was 1.5h,alkali concentration was 6%,bath ratio was 50.Super imitation cotton was prepared by improved physical expansion which had a good phase change function and thermal stability.
