Nitrogen is the life elements,organic-nitrogen compounds is a kind of important organic compounds.And it is widely used in pesticide,medicine,organic synthesis,etc.Some of the kinds of reactions they undergo are encountered frequently in organic synthesis.So,it is necessary for us to research the construction of cabon-nitrogen bond.There are many ways to build carbon-nitrogen bond,and N-alkylation of amine is one of the important ways.Currently,most of the N-alkylation reactions use the mental catalyst,which may result some problem such as waste disposal.And this catalyst is also expensive.Along with the research progress of the green synthesis methods and wide application,more and more attentions have been paied to the more economical and green method for synthesis of such compounds.This thesis will focus on the research of N-alkylation of amines,amides,sulfonamides and 2-Hydroxypyridines with alcohol.Firstly,we developed a green method to synthesis N-alkglation of amines,amides,sulfonamides with alcohol usesd halohydrocarbon with mental-free.And this reaction also can get the product with high sllectivity under air and solvent-free condition.Compared with other mental catalyst methods,this method is more environment-friendly,practical and high-efficiency.Secondly,we also developed a green method to synthesis N-alkglation of 2-Hydroxypyridines with alcohol using halohydrocarbon.Compared with other methods reported which use mental catalyst,this rection is “one-pot” and mental-free.This method is also more simple,environment-friendly and high-efficiency.
