The arts and crafts of phosphorite activated by mechanochemistry were researched in the present.The law of extraction percent of P was studied.The composition,microstructure,profile of granularity were characterization by XRF,XRD,SEM,granulometer,differential thermal analysis,etc.The extraction percent of P was measured by ammonium molybdate complexometric titration method.China is one of largest phosphorus producing and consuming countries in the world,the distribution of mineral resources are more concentrated in the low grade and refractory ore,high grade bonaza is less.Because of the characteristics of phosphorite resources in China,exploring the effective use of technology for the study of low-grade phosphate rock making full use of one of the phosphorus and it can promote its release,so that chemical phosphate fertilizer closer to the same physical quantity.It is a grate significance to make full use of Chinese phosphorite resources.In the present,we studied the effect of activation modes of phosphorite on the extraction percent of P:mechanical activation and salt melting,the key effects,such as mechanical activation device,the device parameters,activation time,grinding aids ratio,leaching temperature,solid reaction time,slag to salt ratio had been studied carefully.With mechanical activation method,the following conclusions had been obtained:the content of dissociative P increased from XRD profiles,the particles granularity decreased and evened from SEM photograph,when the slag was milled for 5 min the extraction percent of P could exceed 15%actived by AGO-? mill,whereas the extraction percent of P was only 3.1%without activation.With salt melting method,the additive,solid reaction time,constant temperature time had been researched.After activation,the microstructure destroyed,the particle granularity decreased,a lots of fresh surfaces were produced.mainly manifested by diffraction peaks debase,that was the reflect of crystal size debases and crystal lattice was not complete.Under the optimal activation condition,the extraction percent of P was 34%.The X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)results show:diffraction peaks were dispersive,diffraction peaks were smaller,particles were refined,the sizes of grain were uniform.
