Rapid Technology Of Treatment In Special Large Ordovician Limestone Water Inrush Of XX Mine

Based on the difficult problem of the treatment for Ordovician Karst water inrush in XX mine,a comprehensive scheme for rapid governance of Ordovician Karst water inrush both in underground and ground was made before the analysis of hydrogeological conditions and identification of mine water bursting source.To control over the maximum scope of water inrush,on underground water-gate walls were built to make the isolation of the water inrush region and the upper level,while with regulation of water pressure of the water-gate walls to create a good conditions for closure and plugging of the flooded tunnel.On ground,the treatment of Ordovician Karst water inrush is mainly through betting aggregate and grouting to the vertical holes and branch holes to achieve closure of the water inrush points.Considering the large amount of water,the location and type and size of the water inrush channel is unclear,the treatment necessarily under the circumstance of dynamic water for continuous drainage to control water level requires stages.Firstly,in the light of the favorable conditions of water inrush points being located within the single end tunnel,a water-blocking segment with certain length and strength will be built by betting aggregates and grouting reinforcement via the ground holes,under the circumstance of dynamic water to achieve closure of the flooded tunnel and create conditions for mine drainage to resume mining production and plugging of water inrush points.Secondly,the thorough closure of the water inrush tunnel and surrounding water flowing fractures of Ordovician limestone will be achieved via ground exploration holes,on the basis of the technical route "plugging while exploring,combining exploration and closure" under hydrostatic condition.In order to achieve the best effect of closure and plugging,the water inrush area and peripheral will be transformed into a three-dimensional,complete and high-strength combination of rock,aggregate and cement with extrending the impact of scope as far as possible in plugging grouting process,eventually eliminating the impact on mine safety from the Ordovician Karst water inrush.Sophisticated grouting with continuous grouting,intermittent quantitative grouting,single-hole grouting,double holes grouting,filling grouting,boost grouting,drainage grouting has been put to use in the process of grouting and closure,which lasts four months,and 100%success rate of the effect of water plugging is made,being confirmed by the inspection and evaluation.
