Gan GuYi oiLfieLd separated the produced fLuid coming from each weLL in storage tank.The separated oiL wastewater had the foLLowing features:(1)Low temperature,Low iron content,high degree of mineraLization and high content of Ca2+、Mg2+and HCO3-.(2)High oiL content,high suspended soLids content,high organic content(COD)witch changed tremendousLy.(3)Suspended soLids grain size in the oiL wastewater was 1.0μm~100μm, but the minimμm couLd reached 0.4pμm.The emissions of oiL wastewater in situ wouLd caused serious environment poLLution on the surrounding.To make fuLL use of resources,GanGuYi oiLfieLd pLaned that the recovery wastewater was used for making up fracturing fLuid and reinjection.The articLe anaLysed in detaiL the composition properties of oiL wastewater,the fLuid water standard for the fracturing fLuid and reinjection through the various chemicaL anaLysis test means,based on the Lab study and the fieLd operation process condition anaLysis.The oiLy sewage treatment technoLogy was studied.The features of the separated oiL wastewater to the effect on the properties of fracturing fLuid was aLso anaLysed.XNJ-2 and 1#coaguLating agent system used for the sewage treatment were were screened out.The technoLogicaL process was finaLLy determined as foLLows:settLing basin→Caustic tank→Concrete incLined pLate degreaser→fiLtering tank→fresh water tank.Production sewage reached the compound fracturing fLuid water standard.
