High efficiency, safety and environmentally friendly are the developmental trend of pesticides in the future. In recent years,N-Biaryl Amides and Carbamate compounds have widely attracted people's attention because of their advantages, such as novel structure, unique mechanism and environmentally friendly.Research on the molecular design, synthesis and biological activity of these compounds are playing a more and more important role in the research field of today's green pesticide.Based on the N-Biaryl Amides compound Boscalid and its reaction mechanism and used the theory of biological row, molecular design method, pesticide active sub-structure stitching, similar and random synthesis ideas, this article designed and synthesized novel-structured N-Biaryl Amides and Carbamate compounds and studied the spectral properties, biological activity,structure-activity relationship, reaction rules and properties. The research details were listed as follows:1.Summarized the latest research progress of N-Biaryl Amides and Carbamate compounds and the Suzuki coupling reaction.2.Designed and synthesized 17 novel-structured N-Biaryl Amides and Carbamate compounds, used the commercial pesticide varieties Boscalid as the lead compounds and utilized the design method of novel pesticides, such as active sub-structure stitching, similar synthesis, biological row theory, molecular design method and the Suzuki coupling reaction.3.Explored and optimized the synthesis conditions of the Suzuki coupling reaction synthetic intermediate,4-(3-Chloro-5-trifluoromethyl-pyridin-2-yl)-2-methyl-phenylamine.4.Discussed the synthesis conditions and reaction mechanism of intermediates and target compounds in detail, purified all target compounds and characterized the chemical structure through IR,1H NMR,GC-MS or LC-MS.5.Tested the bactericidal, herbicidal, insecticidal activities of the synthesized compounds based on the operating procedures of pesticide bioactivity testing standard of National Pesticide Engineering Technology Research Center of Hunan Chemical Research Institute.6.Initially discussed the structure-activity relationship of the synthesized new compounds to provide theoretical guidance for designing compounds with higher biological activity and predicting the biological activity of unknown compounds later.
