Magnetic materials which have been used long and widely.As the development of human beings,improvement of recognition and enlargement of demands,there are increasing demands on magnetic materials.The outstanding performance of new type.Magnetic composite materials make them widely apply to plenty of areas just like biomedicine and magnetic materials.In this paper I prepared the Fe3O4 nano-particle by the method of coprecipitation,then decorate it with Polyving Akohol.Monomers consisted of urea and formaldehyde were prepolymerized under alkaline condition and condensation polymerized under acidiccondition for cladding the decorated Fe3O4 nano-particle to get the composite material which ureaformaldehyde cladded the Fe3O4.A series of characterization including morphology and composition had been done through infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscope,Thermogravimetric Analysis.It turned out that the prepared Fe3O4 nano-particle is spherical with a 30 nm partical size and fine crystal form.After cladding,the crystal form of Fe304 didn't change,and its spherical shape with 140 nm partical size is relatively uniform.The composite materials carbonized at 600? under nitrogen protection to prepare the Magnetic carbon nanoball that particle size was 110nm,IR,scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscope,Thermogravimetric Analysis,BET had been used to characterize the magnetic carbon nanoball.The core-shell structure of magnetic carbon nanoball was obtained without the change of the crystal form of Fe3O4.The core was Fe304 nanoparticle,the shell was carbon.Thermogravimetric analysis indicated that in the magnetic ball the component of Fe3O4 was 59.9%,Langmuir specific surface area was 255.88m2g-1,pore size is 3.78 nm.In addition,magnetic carbon nanoball was used to research the adsorption of the cationic dye methyleneblue and anionic dye methylorange.Investigation of absorption efficiency of magnetic carbon nanoball had been done under different time different temperature and different concentration.It turned out that using magnetism could separate methyl blue easily and simply.
