Graphene possesses many extraordinary properties,such as excellent transmittance,high electrical conductivity,huge specific surface area,superb thermal conductivity and high mechanical strength,which have led to many kinds of applications in transparent conductive material and sensors.Chemical vapor deposition(CVD)was used to grow high-quality 2D graphene and 3D graphene.We study the relationship between conductivity and curvature of 2D graphene and the performance of 3D graphene used in monitoring of human physiological characteristics.Details are as follows.(1)Based CVD method using copper foil as the catalytic substrate grown large area of high-quality 2D graphene.We are also using foamed nickel as a catalyst substrate grew high surface area,high electron mobility 3D graphene foam.In this paper,we research the process of growing graphene.Analyzed how to control the flow of hydrogen gas,the cooling rate to achieve controlled growth of graphene.(2)Graphene/PDMS and graphene/PET flexible transparent conductive film was prepared.These were used to study the relationship between conductivity and curvature of two-dimensional graphene in the context of different materials and different thickness of the substrate.The results show that elastic modulus and thickness of the flexible substrate have little effect on conductivity of the two-dimensional graphene.When thickness of the substrate is the same,graphene resistance increases with the increase of the bending curvature.However,the rate of relative change of graphene resistance is small.Graphene conductive film has good reproducibility and stability.This experiment provides theory for graphene flexible transparent conductive film is used in different thickness and different elastic modulus of the substrate.(3)3D graphene stress sensor was synthesized by 3D graphene filled with PDMS.This sensor was utilized in monitoring of human physiological characteristics.Some weak human motions are chosen to test the notable resistance change,including speak,blink,heartbeat,and pulse.Sensor voltage signal changes depending on the exercise intensity,the greater the strain,the greater the detected voltage signal peak.As a composite material graphene and PDMS.This material can be used as an electronic skin to cover the surface of the body for monitoring body movement.
