Study On The Abnormal Gas Emission Law In High Temperature Mine Of Tangkou Coal Mine

Gas control is the key work for the safety of the coal mine.The gas emission is under the influence of various geological factors.With the increase of mining depth,the earth temperature’s influence on the gas emission and safety is more and more important.So the study on the relationship between the earth temperature and the gas emission is meaningful.This paper analyzed the main geological factors which is affect the earth temperature,including the basement,fold structure,fault,magmatism,coal seam,groundwater,etc..By combine with the practical situation of the Tangkou coal mine,this paper discussed the influence of the geological factors on the distribution of the earth temperature.Through the experiments of gas adsorption and desorption,when the other conditions are same,the law of the temperature affects the quantity of gas adsorption(desorption)were obtained.With the higher adsorption temperature,the volume of gas adsorption reduce;with the higher desorption temperature,the of gas desorption increase.And through the experiments,this paper calculated the coefficient of the temperature influence on the gas emission,it is about 1,2.When the desorption temperature decrease 10%,the volume of gas desorption decrease about 20%.The analysis and regionalization about the relationship between earth temperature and gas emission are completed.According to coordinate graticule one-to-one correspondence,this paper got the data of gas emission and earth temperature about the key point.Then according to the different gas content,the mine is divided into three areas.The key points which are taken measures to decrease the temperature are found out in every area.Excluding the key points which are taken measures to decrease the temperature,the data of the gas emission and the earth temperature are fitted which are not taken measures to decrease the temperature.So the prediction model of Tangkou coal mine about gas emission and the earth temperature are reached.The model can be used to predict the volume of the gas mission under the influence of the earth temperature in this area.According to the coefficient of the temperature effect on the gas emission,this paper decrease the volume of gas emission by 20%,which key point have not take measures to decrease the temperature.Then by use of the Surfer software,the predicted drawing of Tangkou coal mine gas emission is obtained.In conclusion,through the theory,experiment and data statistical analysis,the impact of the earth temperature on the the gas emission was systematically studied,which has a guiding role to the daily management of the similar zone gas.
