Every year,China produces a lot of waste biomass,such as crop straw,direct combustion,most of these resources were not being effectively used,resulting in a waste of resources on the one hand,on the other hand has brought environmental problems,such as use of its production of high value-added chemical materials and energy will provide straw and other waste biomass with a resource utilization.5-Ethoxymethylfurfural is an environmentally friendly alternative fuel additive fuel and fuel additive products,having an energy density similar to that of gasoline and lower combustion emissions,is considered to be a very promising new alternative bio-fuels.Ultra low acid catalytic biomass yield huge atraw one-pot preparation of EMF would no doubt greatly reduce production costs,improve market competitiveness of EMF.Health material straw main constitute for cellulose,and half cellulose and wood quality,which cellulose and half cellulose in acid conditions Xia can hydrolysis for sugar,so paper selected has fructose,and glucose,and cellulose for raw materials,first using content below 0.5% of super low content of acid in ethanol system in the a pot method catalytic preparation EMF,study reaction temperature,and reaction time,and end of real concentration and catalyst dosage,factors on reaction of effect,and in single factors experiment results based Shang,design response surface experiment,Get super low acid one-pot catalytic biomass EMF optimum technologica l conditions of preparation of sugar.Due to super low acid catalytic corn straw of effect very poor,so,to super low acid and USY molecular screen mixed catalytic system catalytic corn straw preparation EMF,fixed acid dosage for 0.1wt%,study has reaction temperature,and reaction time,and end of real concentration and USY catalyst dosage on reaction of effect,and in single factors experiment of based Shang for has response surface optimization experiment,get following conclusion:1.For fructose,and glucose and cellulose,thick sulfuric acid dosage are for0.1wt%(ethanol quality of 0.1wt%),through single factors and response surface experiment found,fructose of optimal reaction conditions for reaction temperature for120 ?,and reaction time for 60 min,and end of real concentration for 40g/L(end of real quality/ethanol volume),EMF into rate for 79.3%;glucose of optimal reaction conditions for reaction temperature 210 ?,and reaction time 14 min,and end of real concentration20g/l,EMF Yield 22.3%;cellulose optimum reaction conditions the react ion temperature 200 ?,substrate concentration and reaction time 60 min 30g/l,EMF conversion 14.4%.Results indicate that low acid for preparation of catalytic effect of EMF of fructose ismore significant,but gradually slip performance of glucoseand cell ulose.2.Using super low acid catalytic corn straw-ethanol system preparation EMF,change corn straw of grain degrees,and reaction temperature,and reaction time,reaction conditions,results found EMF into rate very low,highest reached 9%;using0.1wt% of super low acid and solid acid USY mixed catalytic corn straw in ethanol system in the a pot legal prepared EMF,first using reaction temperature,and reaction time,and end of real concentration and USY catalyst dosage for single factors experiment,then using 4 factors 3 levels response surface test method optimization preparationprocess,Get a pot of corn straw optimum reaction conditions for preparati onof EMF: USY1%,the reaction temperature is 210?,the reaction time is 120 min,concentration of corn stalk for the conversion is 20g/l,the yield of EMF is 33.1%...
