In the support of national science and technology major special issue of the important parts of the head turning and milling machining center processing technology research(2011ZX04002-111),and on the basis of the existing research,this paper does some research on the joint-planes of machine tools of parts tolerance design and parameter optimization,which frequently appears on the joint with surface scraping repair and reduces the assembly efficiency phenomenon in the Longmen mobile CXK5463X50/150 type turn-milling machining center in the assembly process.Firstly,it describes the specific assembly precision of machine tool and determines the assembly accuracy index;then extracts the joint-plane which relevants to the assembly precision index and describes the distribution in the whole of.The homogeneous coordinate transformation and the spatial multibody motion theory are used in assembling precision modeling of the machine tool.At last,the factors,that the influences of the assembly precision of the machine tool with mathematical method,is described,and the influences of the joints will be studed on the assembly precision of the machine tool.Describing the component of the surface of the machine parts function and according to the constituent elements of the functional surface;the error,the joint-plane of machine parts,will be description.It researches the impact of joint error of machine parts on the parts DOF constraints and the processing accuracy of machine after assembly.On this basis,to meet the whole assembly precision constraints,we propose the joint-plane tolerance design method.The role of machine tools joint-plane in the cutting force and gravity load will produce deformation phenomena which affect the assembly accuracy of the machine tool.Ansys software is used for static analysis of machine tool model,it studies on the impact on freedom of assembly by joint-plane deformation.Then we do some kinematics simulation analysis on the Machine model,in order to researching on impact of the joint-plane deformation on the machining accuracy of machine tools and parts joint-plane deformation sensitivity.On this basis,we propose the tolerance design method of joint-plane of deformation resistance and the milling process optimization model.Based on the milling process analysis of combining surface,it will clear the influence factors on the processing accuracy of joint-planes.On this basis,we can propose an optimization model for the joint-plane of milling process.And it conducts the cutting parameters to optimize and the tool preferred experimental,through the selection of machining parameters and tool,it will obtain the optimal joint-plane for meeting the assembly precision of the machine tool,reduce the assembly circuit,and improve the efficiency of assembly.
