The toxic gases such as CH4?CO generated in the process of coal mining and flammable or the explosive coal dust generated in the process of coal cutting both can cause the gas explosion accidences.In addition,the heat of the mechanical and electrical equipment for underground mining can rise the underground temperature,that will makes the incidence rate of gas explosion get higher.At present,the main method to reduce the gas explosion and guarantee mine production safety is to create the mine ventilation system and ensure it work well.Mine ventilation system is the engineering system that constitutes with ventilation network,ventilation,power and ventilation control facilities used to supply fresh air to the fully mechanized coal face and exhaust polluted air simultaneously reducing the temperature and humidity of underground air.In order to ensure the main ventilator of ventilation system avoid from the damage of the air flow in the sudden story of gas explosion,the Article 121 of?Coal Mine Safety Regulations?provisions the wellhead equipped with a main ventilator must be tightly closed;The wind out of the wellhead equipped with a main ventilator should be installed explosion-proof door.But,the explosive door have no redundancy design,if emergency event such as gas explosion underground occurred,resulting in damage to the explosive door deformation,ventilation system can not be recovery,o It can not meet the requirements of the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations" and the purpose that xplosive door are designed to in different extents,therefore,need to be improved.The topic designs and researches the special purpose hydraulic hoisting and replace equipment of ventilation shaft explosive door.The equipment uses fixed pillar form of slewing jib cranes and hydraulic drive system.The drive motor of the hydraulic pump station controlled by frequency converter that can regulate lifting speed and rotational speed of the equipment.In the main ventilator take malfunction or underground gas explosion occurred,the equipment can be achieved quickly restore damaged ventilation system.Full the blank of the field of domestic mine ventilation and safety domain of ventilation due to the lack of proof covers can not quickly restore the mine ventilation.In addition,the extra three-phase alternate AC power,can work more than 1 hour response systems in the event of an emergency situation,such as a sudden power failure,etc.,ensuring the normal operation of the equipment.Modern design methods be used in computer-aided design of the special purpose hydraulic hoisting and replace equipment of ventilation shaft explosive door design.Firstly,the three-dimensional modeling software Pro/E be used to establish the model of the various components of the equipment,then bottom-up assemble equipment component for the whole model,completing component the whole three-dimensional model of the special purpose hydraulic hoisting and replace equipment of ventilation shaft explosive door.Secondly,the finite element analysis software ANSYS be used to analysis static mechanical properties of institutions and the whole equipment.Verifying the static mechanical properties of the various components and the whole equipment,optimizating some elements of the mechanical structure,making sure each member of the apparatus and the entire apparatus is not only to meet the strength,stiffness and stability requirements,but also meet each mode resonance destruction does not occur.Multi-body system simulation software RecurDyn be used to make the kinematics simulation analysis of special purpose hydraulic hoisting and replace equipment of ventilation shaft explosive door.Obtaining the device response data under different working conditions.Based on the results of the simulation,the lifting speed and the rotation speed of the apparatus is optimized to reduce the vibration of the apparatus during operation,making the device more stable and reliable.
