With the deep exploitation of the oil field at the present stage,the high efficiency fracturing completion has an absolute influence on the later production of the oil well,and also has a great promoting effect on the integrity and the development of the oil reservoir.The fracturing fluid into the formation of the strata can however expand effective channels,can effectively improve the permeability,thereby greatly reducing the difficulty of exploitation of oil and gas resources,improve the recovery efficiency,the fracturing fluid's performance and the timing of entry formation methods have a very high demand.The fracturing fluid into the formation will be affected by many factors,its physical and chemical properties have greatly changed,which is mainly reflected in the unique role and influence of sand carrying performance of temperature on the rheological properties of the fracturing fluid,fracturing fluid and rheological properties of sand can change after fracturing fracturing fluid will be greatly reduced.This paper is related to performance in the early research of fracturing fluid and its performance related factors and the corresponding experimental design,mainly through experiments with methods of production relationship at different temperatures further study on rheological properties of fracturing fluid and sand carrying performance.First select a temperature scale under the experimental conditions,and that the changes of temperature,the temperature under the condition of the focus on two kinds of fracturing fluid is guar gum fracturing fluid and VES fracturing fluid rheology and sand carrying ability test,and record the corresponding data values are compared,and then to summarize the fracturing fluid on the viscoelastic effect of sand carrying ability.The effect of viscoelasticity of fracturing fluid and sand carrying ability,we can find the relationship between them effectively,research shows that with the increase of temperature,the elastic modulus decreases with the increase of G';the elastic modulus,the static performance of suspending sand increases;with decreasing viscosity,suspended sand properties will be gradually increased;so with the increase of temperature,viscosity and elastic modulus decreased,proppant sedimentation rate increases,the static performance of suspending sand decreased gradually.On this basis,the visualization of proppant fracture profile large die device,obtained different proppant fracturing fluid system,different types and different sand in the parallel plate flow in the state than the sand carrying fluid;shear rheological dynamics equation can prove crosslinking curves of viscosity with time during cross-linking,the physical meaning of the model parameters clear and reasonable.
