Cutting industrial typical toxic and harmful pollutants is one of the important link of basin water quality target management system construction of our country to construct the target based on humanhealth,water ecosystem security and water environment.The environmental problems were attracted more and more attention becacse of acrylic wastewater.A mature acrylic wastewater treatment process has not been established at present.In this paper,biochemical effluent of acrylicfiber wastewater as the research object,PSF was prepared.Flocculation characteristics and pollutants removal performance was studied,and pilot-scale experiment was conducted.The main research results are as follows:With ferric sulfate,sodium silicate,sodiumchlorate and sulphuric acid as industial materials,the microstructure was characterized by means of SEM technology.An open rod like space structure whichare tightly clustered into a long chain was in PSF regularly.The growth process,floc strength,leading under the condition of floc regeneration factorand coagulation that effect correlation and floc microstructure were studiedunder the three kinds of common coagulation mechanisms(charge neutralization,bridgingand sweep).Higher floc strength and regeneration ability that was regularshape,smooth surface but slightly wrinkles only were showed under the principle of electrical neutralization.The higher COD and turbidity removal rate were showed under the adsorption bridging mechanisms.The shorter time an in the FI value of the flocculation and the bigger spatial structure of the flocculation and the higher organic matter removal rate were showed under the catching-sweeping mechanisms.The solid and colloid could be removed effectively of acrylic wastewater by treating depth in PSF showed 97.28% removal rate in turbidity.The protein and humus were main components of dissolved organic matter and proteinremoval was more remarkable by PSF.The organic compounds with unsaturated bonds,such as C=C,C=O,NN o and N=N,were removed effectly,especially alkanes and amide.The removal rate of COD was about 10%~25% when influent COD<200 mg/L showed that effluent COD was 150~180 mg/L in the pilot experiment.The "integrated emission standard"(GB8978-1996)in the petrochemical industry in the first class standard COD emission standard 160mg/L requirements could be met when influent COD<200 mg/L stablely operate.When effluent of acrylic fiber wastewater was treated with PSF the average costs(excludinglabor costs)was 1.50 yuan/t under the conduction of 705 yuan/t(liquid)of production costs in PSF.
