Cast Iron Engine Block And Cylinder Head Temperature Phosphating Process Discussed

In the cast iron engine block and cylinder head production,corrosion phenomena to bring a lot of waste products,rust phosphating process is the key to solve the corrosion,it makes iron castings for an extended period will not rust for storage and subsequent processing to provide a strong support.In this paper,the temperature phosphating process and the phosphate solution and the selection and combination of rust inhibitors were tested,indicating that the effect is much better than the temperature phosphating temperature phosphating,and get the best phosphating solution and rust inhibitors and their the optimum combination of the following results:(1)the effect order of phosphate solution:LD2205>Fukuba FP611>Denon phosphating>workshop active temperature phosphating,namely LD2205 phosphide best.(2)rust(oil)rust order:shop now with anti-rust oil>vertical channel blocking agent(oily)>DA301R emulsion>Fukuba FP671 emulsion>DA301 rust water? LD3014 water-based rust inhibitor.(3)up to 2 hours of salt spray is a combination of:LD2205 + active anti-rust oil F95-1 up to 58 hours;LD2205 + FP671 rust solution(or vertical channel blocking agent)up to 24 hours;LD2205 + DA301R emulsion of 23 hours;FP611 phosphate + Li Tao sealant(or FP671 rust solution)up to 8 hours;LD2205 + LD3014 up to 4 hours(with only the active anti-rust oil dip considerably).(4)to achieve up to 2 hours of salt spray program has:LD2205 phosphate solution + Fukuba FP671 emulsion,LD2205 phosphating solution +impregnable JTTO ST390 rust liquid,LD2205 phosphating solution +DA301R emulsion,LD2205 phosphating solution + DA301 rust water,LD2205 phosphate solution + LD3014 water-based rust inhibitor.Thus selected temperature phosphating LD-2205 phosphate solution and DA301R emulsion,Fukuba P761 emulsion,impregnable ST360A rust and LD-3014 four different rust rust as cast iron engine block and cylinder head temperature phosphorus in the preferred object of the process.
