Double epoxidized 4-vinyl cyclohexene and limonene belong to alicyclic epoxy compound.They are important organic intermediates with properties of low viscosity and good industried manufacturability.Thus these compounds are used to make a epoxy thinners.The preparation of olefin epoxy compound is still not satisfactory.Based on the traditional industrial research,this thesis proposed new routes,which used HTS-1,Salen-Mn as epoxidation catalyst,H2O2 as oxidant in 4-vinyl cyclohexane(4-VCH)and limonene catalytic oxidation studies.Moreover we have studied the catalytic system preliminary reaction mechanism of the olefin oxidation.We hope that this new process will be applied in industry chemcal as practical olefine eproxidation procedune.This thesis mainly content is as follows:1.The HTS-1 and H2O2 catalytic oxidation system was studied for the 4-VCH.Different reaction conditions such as conversion,double loop oxide selectivity,hydrogen peroxide ratio are optimized.The best reaction condition is:HTS-1 catalyst batch 2006-26,n(4-VCH):n(H202)=1:2,catalyst,70.1%with respect to substrate,(NH4)2C03 fertilizer 2.67%,methanol as solvent,reaction time 8h,temperature as 60 degree.Under this optimal condition,4-VCH conversion of 25.8%,double oxide with selectivity of 52.2%were achieved.2.Salen Mn? catalyst was prepared,and the infrared,ultraviolet,thermogravimetric-differential thermal properties have been characterized.Salen Mn ?catalyzed 4-VCH epoxidation,under different reaction conditions,such as 4-VCH conversion and the double loop oxide selectivity were extensively studied.The experimental results show that the best reaction conditions are:catalyst,14.0%with respect to substrate,methanol as solvent,reaction temperature 60 ?,reaction time 8 h,n(4-VCH):n(H2O2)=1:4.under the optimal conditions for reaction,4-VCH conversion of 65.9%,double oxide with selectivity of 24.9%.3.The HTS-1 and H2O2 catalytic oxidation system was studied for the limonene.The effects of the variety of types of solvents,catalysts,additives,H2O2 concentrations,type of catalysts on limonene epoxidation reaction were investigated.Experiment shows that the optimized conditions:methanol as solvent.catalyst,33.1%with respect to substrate,(NH4)2C03 as additives,under the condition of 30%H2O2 concentration limonene conversion of 28.0%,double oxide with selectivity of 22.8%.
