Polysiloxane has low intermolecular forces,and its molecular chains are easy to rotate,so it has excellent flexibility,which other polymer cannot compare with it.At the same time,the weak intermolecular forces and low crosslinking density cause the polysiloxane materials are poor in bonding properties,mechanical properties and solvent resistance,that limit its application.Up to now,the study about complex of polysiloxane and epoxy vinyl resin is few.In this paper,the polysiloxane/epoxy vinyl resin blend system was prepared by different types and content of epoxy vinyl resin blending with hydroxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane.By means of optical microscope and scanning electron microscope,the dispersion of various blending system and the section morphology of the cured blends was observed.And studied the soluble content,mechanical properties,adhesive properties and acid corrosion resistance of different polysiloxane/epoxy vinyl resin blend systems.The results showed that the comprehensive performance of polysiloxane/20 wt%Methyl vinyl acrylic epoxy resin blend system was the best:soluble content was 21.71%,tensile strength reached0.30MPa,bond become 0.41MPa,mass loss after soaking HCl,H2SO4 and mixed acid were 4.79%,0.88%,0.89%respectively.Besides,a intermediate layer existed between polysiloxane and epoxy vinyl resin,performing effect of compatibilization.With the increasing of the thickness of the layer,the dispersion of the blend system was better and the performance improvement was more significant.Secondly,using different types of surfactants into the polysiloxane/epoxy vinyl resin blend system,and tested the separating time of the blends.The results revealed that the dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid can effectively extended the time of the macroscopic phase separation of the blending system.Then observed the dispersion of the blend with dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid.And studied the effect of the dosage of dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid on cured blends'mechanical properties and acid corrosion resistance.With the increase of dosage of dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid,the average diameter of the epoxy vinyl resin ball reduced to less than 10?m.What's more,the mechanical properties,H2SO4 and mixed acid corrosion resistance were unconspicuous,but the HCl corrosion resistance was improved remarkably.In order to simplify the curing system,studied the methyl acrylic modified polysiloxane preliminaryly.And found that,when the mass ratio of polysiloxane:methyl acrylic was 5:1,azodiisobutyronitrile as catalyst,and reacted 18h under 60?,the modified polysiloxane had the better acid corrosion resistance,while the mechanical properties reduced.Finally,the polysiloxane/epoxy vinyl resin blend system application in anticorrosion cement were studied.The result proved that polysiloxane/epoxy vinyl resin blend system can ensure the anticorrosion cement itself strength,in the meanwhile,the blend system can significantly improve the performance of HCl corrosion resistance,making the quality incremental after soaked HCl from 20.30%fell to 20.30%,which expanded the scope of application of anticorrosion cement in anticorrosion engineering.
