Large diameter thin-walled cylinder parts made of titanium alloy is widely applied to aircraft engine,because of its light weight and high strength.However,workpiece is easy to deform under the action of cutting force and clamping force,because of its poor radial rigidity and difficulty of machining?The workpiece often occurs oversize phenomenon,or even scrapped,the processing precision is difficult to be guaranteed.Finite element method is the main method for the research of the deformation of large diameter thin-walled cylindrical part.Through the finite element method to calculate the deformation of the thin-walled cylindrical workpiece under different scheme.By analysising the deformation results,the cdamping scheme is optimized,and the workpiece deformation due to clamping force and cutting force is minimized.This paper first analyzes the work fixture of large diameter thin-walled cylinder part.Through the analysis of the structure and classification of clamping and positioning auxiliary supporting deviceof the arge diameter thin-walled cylindrical part,combined with the problems in actual processing,the factors that affect the deformation of the workpiece are summarized.There are factors:the size and position of the clamping force,the area of the clamping surface,the number of the clamping,the supporting way,the supporting position and the number of the supports.According to the shape features,various fixture components are classified.The fixture components are parameterized modeling by using parametric technology and APDL language.And each step of the finite element analysis is controlled by the command flow mode.The parametric finite element analysis model of the large diameter thin-walled cylinder is established,and the key APDL commands are studied.Through the research on the principle of re-development technology of ANSYS based on VC++,issues such as the interface between ANSYS and VC++,the package of VC++ and APDL,data communication between VC++ and ANSYS are solved.According to the characteristics of the series structure of large diameter thin-walled cylindrical part.,using the parametric characteristic of APDL and the interface programming technology of VC++,a special parametric finite element analysis system for large diameter thin-walled cylinder is developed.As long as the user input basic design and analysis parameters in the system interface,pre-treatment and post-treatment such as modeling,meshing,loading in the process of finite element analysis are automatically accomplished by computer.This system avoids the repeated operation during the process of finite element analysis,simplifies the analysis process and accelerates the analysis speed.It provides an analytical tool for the design of the large diameter thin-walled cylinder parts.It is very important for improving the machining quality and using performance of large diameter thin-walled cylinder parts in aviation and aerospace.
