Shengli Oilfield existing types of pipes 23,430,a total length of 14100 km.During 2006-2013,a total of Shengli Oilfield Technology Testing Center completion of the pipeline inspection about 7000km.Pipeline operating experience at home and abroad, according to test results and the construction of the pipeline running time, you can determine the buried pipeline like this old oilfield Shengli Oilfield,it has been largely or gradually entered a period of high corrosion spill. Therefore, the effectiveness of cathodic protection is very critical, because of the complexity of buried pipelines operating environment,if the full range of detection is impossible to achieve,so we need to explore the potential distribution of cathodic protection, targeted detection of weak points, more scientific economy. In this paper, the establishment of a cathodic protection potential distribution model of buried pipelines, and soil resistivity and pipeline cathodic protection potential of properties and other parameters were analyzed.Feasibility study model simulation results through the indoor and outdoor experiments to determine the first use of cathodic protection potential distribution model to determine the potential weak points, and then use reasonable validated detection method based on a mathematical model of oilfield cathodic protection of buried pipeline cathodic protection effect research methods.
