Material is the material basement of human's life for improving production and living standards.Resin Transfer Molding(RTM)can be the potential composite molding technology for its' environmental and forming efficiency characteristics.It has both theoretical and practical importance to study and realize the molding and optimization of the modeling procedure of Composite Resin Transfer Modeling.This paper introduces the process of the composite resin transfer molding process and analyzes the main influence factors of the molding process firstly.With depth study of the filing process,according to the basic theories such as Darcy's law,the mechanism of making bubble,compression and shift of the bubble and aggregation of the bubble,this paper establishes the associated mechanistic models between the key variables of quality index such as average porosity,maximum porosity and so on and operating variable(seven filling pressure variables and three filling time variables).According to the simulations of this proposed mechanism,this paper verifies the validity of the model.Secondly,according to the data produced by the simulation of the mechanism of filing process to simulate the actual process,this paper establishes a filing process forecasting model based on the data by using partial least squares(PLS)method.On the basis of the forecasting model,with the optimization target of producing high quality products in a short time and the decision variables of the operating variables,this paper establishes the filling process optimization model and gets the optimal setting values of the operating variables by using particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm to calculate.To salve the error problem of the process model,this paper improves the production quality and efficiency continuously by using iterative learning optimization control method.At last,the result of simulation verifies the effectiveness of this method.
