This paper takes the Banxi Antimony Ore as researching background. Expand Banxi Antimony Ore deep mining’s ventilation system optimization and heat harm control research for it capacity increases, development system change, mining methods change, kinds of ventilation system’s problem and the heat injurys when enters deep mining. Formation the integrated programs of Banxi Antimony Ore deep mining’s ventilation system optimization and heat harm control research. Ventsim, the three-dimensional ventilation dynamic simulation system, is used to build a three-dimensional mine model, to make airflow simulation and thermal simulation for verify the integrated programs. The main research contents and results are as follows:1. Through determined and analysed of mine ventilation system to find the main problem existing in current ventilation system. The ore district’s temperature gradient was determined by original rock temperature determination. Determined Banxi Antimony Ore’s main heat sources and heat harm serious workplaces by take mine’s heat sources investigation and analysis, And analyzed the relationship between main air route temperature changes along the way with the the heat source distribution along the range.2. Based on the traditional mine air volume calculation method, this paper proposed mine cooling air volume calculation model which combined of mine’s heat sources investigation and analysis, principle of mine air heat exchange and airflow distribution and control etc. The model applied in Banxi Antimony Ore’s cooling air volume calculation.3. According to the production demand of enters deep mining, the problems ventilation system existed and the heat injurys of enters deep mining. This paper proposed a plurality of ventilation system network optimization program and determined the best optimization program by comparing. Then, The thesis completed works of design three stage fan stations, Centralized Return Airflow Inclined Shaft’s section optimize, Make the Drop-temperature techniques of non-artificial refrigeration Drop-temperature measures, ventilation resistance calculation, fan selection etc. The above content formed the integrated programs.4. Ventsim, the three-dimensional ventilation dynamic simulation system, was used to build Banxi Antimony Ore three-dimensional model. Then, Ventsim maked mine airflow simulation and thermal simulation after it take the integrated programs. Preliminary judged Banxi Antimony Ore’s ventilation system can meet the relevant standards and specifications after take the integrated programs.
