As the key parts of heavy equipment such as automobile panels and nuclear power parts,the large pitch thread plays the role of transmitting torque and precision.The vibration produced by the machine tool,cutter and workpiece turning pitch screw in the process of cutting tool and workpiece caused by contact between the change leads to the change of the cutting layer,caused by the change of cutting force,the cutting process is in an unstable state,the direct effect of thread machining quality and efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the vibration characteristics of the workpiece in the turning process,so as to control the surface quality of the workpiece.Based on the National Natural Science Fund Project "based on the generalized dynamic space of high feed cutter vibration wear" under the support of large pitch screw vibration of machine tool structure,machine tool vibration and cutting force response,by turning experiments,revealing a large pitch screw turning vibration characteristics,and the analysis and evaluation of large pitch screw turning stability using the transient cutting force.First,the sub structure of the large pitch screw machining system is divided on the basis of the machine tool structure.With the help of Euler Bernoulli beam theory and the test of the frequency response function is established based on the structure of machine tool spindle chuck-pitch screw pitch screw system high frequency response function prediction model,identification and optimization combination of surface parameters,and prove the accuracy of the prediction results and the identification of the frequency response function with experimental pitch screw.Secondly,in effect turning,machine tool,multi excitation of large pitch screw by this problem,using the test method of screw pitch vibration research on the machining process,the machine idle experiment,obtain the vibration response of machine vibration,further through the finishing cutting experiment data processing,analysis different way,widen the pitch,the workpiece material under the vibration characteristics of machine tool and cutting tool.Finally,through the experimental research on the vibration characteristics of various working conditions of cutting off large pitch screw,using single factor comparative analysis,reveals the process of system vibration and cutting tool by the transient cutting force response to the condition of the process,provide an effective basis for evaluating and controlling the stability of large pitch screw turning.
