The Study On The Selection And Configuration Of Red Dates Primary Processing Equipment In Taigu County

Taigu is a large agricultural county,it has a history of two thousand years of jujube cultivation in Taigu county.In recent years,under the guidance of the county Party committee and the county government,the jujube industry has been developed rapidly,and the Taigu jujube industry has become one of the leading industries of agricultural production.The development of jujube industry depend on mechanization,so it is of great significance to study the initial processing mechanization system.The study on the scale of production of jujube in Taigu County,combined with the requirements of the local production environment,production conditions,production system and process,analyzed the optimization problems about the jujube primary processing mechanization system in Taigu.After combining with a variety of factors,the linear programming method is used to build the model of machining equipment,and the LINGO software is used to solve the model.Through the linear programming model to analyze the results of the model,and the expected purpose is achieved.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)According to the actual investigation,this paper analyzes the present situation of the primary processing of jujube in Taigu,and expounds the important significance of the study on the initial processing mechanization system of the jujube from various angles.Combined with the local production environment,processing requirements and the development direction of the initial processing of jujube,to work out the countermeasures of development.(2)Based on survey data,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the selection of jujube primary processing equipment in Taigu,selecting power,economic,adaption and operability and so on comprehensive performance are better primary processing equipment as alternative models to analysis model.The selected processing equipment is matched and assembled to obtain a reasonable.(3)On the basis of the existing jujube processing equipment,combined with the production conditions and processing requirements et al,established the linear programming model of the primary processing machinery system in Taigu.The constraint equation is set up,and the objective function is set up with the aim of minimizing the annual operating cost.(4)Using the method of linear programming to construct linear programming model,using LINGO software to solve the established model.Finally the solving results were analyzed and obtained condition optimized machining equipment,the same as compared and analyzed equipment with the current processing equipment to came optimized system.The analysis shows the economic performance of the whole processing equipment of the production system has greatly improve on the premise of timely completion of tasks.
