Ocean oil resources is abundant, occupies a larger proportion in our country’s energy demand, Crude oil processing is an important process of offshore oil development and utilization, and electrical instrumentation have a key role in Crude oil processing equipment, crude oil processing system and electrical instrumentation equipment design and selection is directly related to the Crude oil processing system of efficiency, therefore all process design and selection of the Crude oil processing system and electrical instrumentation equipment skid plays an important role.Firstly, study the power system of ocean oil platform basic characteristics, designed the power system grounding, voltage level, frequency parameters selected for the analysis, and design of the three-phase three-wire ungrounded electrical systems.then the hazardous area classification principles and platform of the danger zone was studied, the performance requirements of explosion protection into the danger area corresponding electrical instrumentation equipment research. After the environmental characteristics of the process in which crude oil processing equipment research, design and detailed study of the process and technology of offshore oil platforms crude processing system in each of the chemicals skid, separator skid and electric dehydrator process on the basis of the study, three-dimensional model design skid block, process system process and parameter requirements. Research and design, including design and selection of chemical process pumps, pressure instrumentation, temperature instrumentation, liquid level detection instruments and other instruments commonly used in electrical equipment and the electric meter skid device layout design. BFinally, based on these studies, crude oil processing equipment for the stand-alone test, completed chemicals pry debug and test data analysis. The experimental results showed that: pry the device is working in normal operation, data analysis process parameters to meet the requirements of offshore oil, it has certain guiding significance for the design of offshore crude oil processing equipment and technology.
