Gently inclined medium thick orebody due to its unique mining technology conditions,making the exploitation of such ore body has become a worldwide mining problems.In order to safely exploit the gently inclined medium thick orebody with complex conditions,it is necessary to find out the law of ground pressure distribution in the mining of gently inclined medium thick orebody.With the continuous application of filling and mining method in underground mining of gently inclined medium thick orebody in China,the research on ground pressure distribution law of of filling mining for gently inclined medium thick orebody has become one of the important research topics in mining engineering.Yueyang silver polymetallic mine of Wuping Zijin is gently inclined medium thick orebody,the main point on the pillar to the stratified filling method for mining,with the increasing scale of mine exploitation,the mined-out area is increasing and the mining method is irrational,and the mining method is not reasonable,leading to underground mining activities,violent,seriously affecting the safety of mining.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and study the law of ground pressure distribution in the gently inclined medium thick orebody,master the distribution law of ground pressure,effectively control the ground pressure activity,optimize the mining method and ensure the safety in production.Based on the actual situation of the mine,this paper has carried out macroscopic investigation and study of the earth pressure of the gently inclined medium thick orebody of Yueyang silver polymetallic deposit,numerical simulation of filling mining and experimental study of the filling body mechanics,and based on the data obtained from the method of mining pressure distribution and the mechanics of backfill,this paper studies the ground pressure control of Yueyang silver polymetallic deposit and optimizes the mining method.The ground pressure macroscopic investigation shows that the roof of the goaf is seriously caving,the pillar is relatively stable,the filling body is damaged,and the filling effect is not good.In this paper,the three-dimensional numerical simulation of this mine is carried out,and the distribution law of ground pressure is studied from three aspects of thickness,inclination and mining height of the ore body.The law of ground pressure shows that the maximum settlement value of the roof increases with the increase of the thickness of the ore body,and decreases with the inclination of the ore body.During the filling mining,the upper stratum mining is affected by the lower stratified filling body,the maximum sinking amount of the roof is increased and the maximum settlement area is moving down the mountain,which also causes the maximum displacement of the roof at the top of the lower stratum filling area,and the second stress unloading area and the roof settlement area appear,which influence the quality of the filling body.The optimum proportion parameters and relevant test data for the optimization of the mining method of Yueyang silver polymetallic ore are obtained,and the experimental data are provided for the optimization design of the subsequent mining method.The study of the ground pressure control on the Yueyang silver polymetallic ore gently inclined medium thick orebody column to the stratified filling mining method to point size optimization and filling program optimization.The numerical simulation results show that the stress displacement state is basically the same in the optimized mining,the ore loss rate decreased from 20%to 15%,the roof subsidence value after filling decreased from 3.0cm to 1.3cm,and the stress concentration at the pillar was also greatly reduced.The results of ground pressure monitoring show that the series of photoelastic stress gauges are all below 0.60,the secondary stress is small,the effect of stress concentration is small,and the stope is stable.The optimization of mining method utilizes the law of ground pressure distribution,reduces roof fall and ore loss and dilution rate,and ensures mine safety mining.
