This project designed a set of wastewater treatment processes with high organic pollutant content and high nitrogen content to treat the deer product wastewater from a company in Changchun City.The purpose of this process design is to effectively reduce the content of organic pollutants and ammonia nitrogen in the wastewater,so that the quality of the effluent reaches the Class I B standard for pollutant discharge of urban sewage treatment plants,and also meets the urban water quality standard for the reuse of urban wastewater.The waste water that pollutes the environment is not only purified,but also can be reused by water sources to increase the utilization rate of water resources.The designed treatment scale is 225m3/d.The treated water quality is 800mg/L COD,300mg/L BOD,180mg/L SS,and 45mg/L TN.According to the quality and quantity of wastewater,the designed wastewater treatment process is as follows:Wastewater enters the conditioning tank from the grid,and then enters the ABR reactor.After preliminary treatment,it enters the A/O process biochemical pool,and then enters the secondary sedimentation tank.Water enters the MBR reactor,water from the MBR reactor enters the sterilizer,and finally effluent.The discharged sludge is concentrated in the sludge thickening tank and then transferred to the filter press.The remaining sludge is transferred to the mud cake.The other part of the returned sludge is returned to the A/O tank for continued use.The dimensions of the main structures of this design are as follows:the size of the conditioning tank is 5m x 5m x 4m;the size of hydrolysis and acidification pool is 5m x 3m x 4.5m;the size of the A-0 process tank is 9m x 8m x 2.5m(among them The anaerobic area is 9mx2mx2.5m,the aerobic area is 9mx6mx2.5m),and the size of secondary sedimentation tank is:diameter 3.75m,depth 2.53m,MBR reactor size is 12mx2.2mx2.5m.After this process,the removal rate of COD and BODs,the main pollutants in wastewater,can reach over 95%,and the design removal rate of total nitrogen can reach 77.8%,which can meet the water standards.In summary,this design process is highly efficient and feasible for deer product wastewater treatment.The design process has good treatment effect,simple process,easy management and operation,and low overall operating cost,and is suitable for the treatment of small-scale high-concentration deer product processing sewage.
