Reducing the cost of open-pit mine production,improving open-pit mine comprehensive economic benefit is the one of the important issues in the open-pit mine production,in terms of general open pit mine,high production cost and low average recycle rate of coal resources are the major influential factors of comprehensive economic benefit.In the cost of the mining process of the open air,the ore transportation cost is more than 50%of the total production cost;The recovery of coal is affected mainly by the loss of open-pit coal mine end slope coal.So by optimizing open pit mining process,stripping process and development transportation system,extracting open-pit mine end slope coal,is the effective measure to reduce open-pit mine production cost and to improve the recovery rate of coal resources.At present,domestic and overseas can recycle coal mainly from the open pit mining area division method and development transportation system,reducing the production cost,relying on the combined open-underground mining and the end slope coal mining machine and open pit mine end slope development.The Paper is based on the analysis of geological terrain data,mining conditions,the situation of mining and the establishment of the 3 d mine block model of jilin Guo Le no.2 open-pit coal mine and the summary of predecessors' traditional round end,the transportation system of building the middle bridge,this paper have put forward temporary end slope development transportation system,expounded the concept of reducing transportation costs by optimizing the development transportation system and recycling end slope coal under the condition of the seasonal stripping,and establishing the mathematical model from the inner row distance,quantity of pressure coal,secondary stripping amount and reverse transportation,compared with three kinds of developing transportation system efficiency.Temporary end slope development transportation can overcome the problems of traditional development transport system's long transportation distance after inner discharging period and increased transportation cost;Solved the problem of increased reverse distance and increased car downhill transportation distance when cross-bridge development transportation system is decreasing inner discharging transportation distance,but also increased the quantity of corresponding pressure coal and quantity of secondary detachment,the paper is based on the temporary end slope parameter model presented by principle of minimum transportation work and its optimization algorithm and the end slope pressure coal economic effect.
