Grain oriented silicon steel is mainly used in the manufacture of transformer core,and widely used in electronics,electric power and military industry.Its manufacturing process is very complicated and of high energy consumption,representing the level of a country's manufacturing special steel.The key of producing grain oriented silicon steel is to obtain the large Goss orientation grain with high orientation degree and accurate Goss orientation in the whole steel sheets annealing under high temperature.Using traditional process to manufacture oriented silicon steel needs to be added inhibitors to hinder the growth of the primary recrystallization grain,the inhibitor's amount,size and location should be strictly controlled,after high temperature annealing,the inhibitor should be removed,the control process is very rigorous,and this will lead to a complex manufacturing process and high cost.Manufacturing oriented silicon steel sheets without using inhibitors will greatly simplify the process and reduce the cost.In this paper,the research is under the condition of not using inhibitors.Respectively using single cold rolling and double cold rolling to manufacture oriented silicon steel sheets,and then studying the evolution of hot rolling,cold rolling and annealing texture,getting the following conclusions:(1)The cold rolling reduction has obvious effects on cold-rolled texture,primary recrystallization texture and secondary recrystallization texture in 3.0%Si grain-oriented silicon steel.For cold rolling texture and primary recrystallization texture:With the reduction increasing,? cold rolling texture is gradually enhanced,the strong point of ycold rolling texture is deflects form {111}<112>to {111}<110>;The Goss primary recrystallization texture is gradually weak and the y texture is gradually enhanced.For secondary recrystallization texture:when cold rolling reduction is increased from 70%to 80%,Goss texture is significantly enhanced,when cold rolling reduction is increased than 80%,the strong point of secondary recrystallization texture deflects,not at Goss texture.(2)When using double cold rolling to to manufacture oriented silicon steel sheets,hot rolled texture and recrystallization texture have remarkable influence on the secondary recrystallization:the hot rolled texture gradient and containing proper ? texture in primary recrystallization texture are also beneficial to the development of Goss secondary recrystallization grain.(3)Compared with single cold rolling,the double cold rolling is easier to promote Goss secondary recrystallization grain size,and the diffuse degree of Goss texture is significantly reduced.
