Since casting industry is the basis of mechanical manufacturing link,the market requiring its production tact become faster.AS Cast Iron is widely used,more and more foundries focus on how to improve production efficiency of cast foundry.The casting is a common method of producing iron castings at present.However,since automated production level is still not high in China,many jobs rely on the experience of workers and operating techniques manually.Pneumatic pours a highly automated key technology.There are not very advanced independent research and development equipment in China at present.This paper Implement casting by using pressure-driven hot metal surface method which according to the casting process of a real casting and modeling production line,when the control error is not critical,And this paper aimed at improving the automation level of the casting process.After study the status and development of the automatic pouring control technology and control method of pneumatic casting in China and abroad,this paper based on existing hardware conditions,combined with the use of PCM and PWM flow control methods to control the change of flow rate by controlling a group of ordinary switch-off valve.And this paper analyzes the characteristics of gas in the variable volume.This paper build the mathematical model of the process that displacement caused by pneumatic hot metal surface and determined the other main parameters of the system,including the thermal expansion of gas.PID correction added on MATLAB/Simulink platform for system simulation,based on the mathematical model built before.By analyzing the results,I determined using fuzzy self-tuning PID modified control method to improve the effect of hot metal surface stability control and the simulation results is Considerable.
