Hydroforming technology is the most important technology in the advanced lightweight plastic processing technology.It is also the most important technology in the process of manufacturing the hollow body member with a profile cross section.So hydroforming technology has a broad application prospects in the automotive and aerospace equipment manufacturing industry.In recent years,with the hydroforming technology is widely used in the automotive and aerospace equipment manufacturing industry,the study of the domestic and foreign scholars in the technology is becoming more and more deepening and many breakthrough has been made.One of the most important breakthrough is that a new way of loading in the process of tube hydroforming has been come up with,namely the pulsating load.The pulsating load means that oil pressure changes in a pulsating way during the process of hydroforming.For the past few years,many scholars at domestic and abroad have verified that the pulsating load in tube hydroforming is beneficial to improve the forming quality.Therefore we should turn pulsating hydraulic forming technology to the actual production process,which can improve the forming ability and the quality of the workpiece.Also the turn has an important positive significance to the realization of the lightweight,everything in a quantitative and high precision and integration of the equipment.But due to the development time of hydroforming technology is short,so far we have not form a complete set of mature equipment to realize real industrial conversion of pulsating load.So the development of pulsating load device is urgent.Accurate control of superhigh pressure fluctuating belongs to the technical problems.To some extent,the problem limits the use and promotion of the technology.So this paper generally describes current status of pulsating load device on the basis of referring to a number of literatures home and abroad.Aiming at the impacts to tube hydroforming by different loading methods came up by overseas scholars,the writer presented to realize the fluctuation loading in tube high-pressure hydroforming so as to conduct the forming tests under different loading conditions.In the paper the formation mechanism of the pulsation of the oil in the hydraulic system and the transmission way of the oil pressure is analyzed.Also this paper puts forward two implementationsof fluctuation of oil.And on this basis,ultra-high pressure pulse generator is designed.Then this paper illustrates the working principle of the designed superhigh pressure pulse generator and determines the structure and parameters of pressure pulse generator and supercharger which are the important component of the superhigh pressure pulse generator.To superhigh pressure pulse generator,electric cylinder is the main control device.In the paper we determine the design scheme and important parameters of the electric cylinder.Finally,we make mathematical modeling and simulation for the designed ultrahigh pressure pulse generator.
