Pellets mine can increase production,save coking coal and improve economic efficiency in blast furnace smelting.There is a subjective arbitrariness in the process of current pellet product which can't maximize equipment efficiency.This requires systems for pellet production process explore in-depth data,use automated controls to stabilize the production process conditions,to avoid human factors causing fluctuations in product quality and yield,in order to ensure that production can get the most benefit.This thesis which based on deep analysis of pellet production process and practical experience of Capital Steel pelletizing plant,applied Siemens S7-400 series PLC control system to design and imply TG,kiln automatic control systems of pellet production.According to TG-kiln pelletizing features,it selected and applied advanced control,testing Equipment.It implements basic automation real-time control which was a complete architecture with Profibus-DP and field bus.It eventually used advanced control and practical experience to provide a new control method for TG-kiln which was the critical of pellet production process.The main work is as follows:(1)It investigated oxide pellets process of TG-kiln.It collected pellet production process historical data,expertise and procedures;it also carried out an introduction to the main production equipment.(2)It described the logical chain of control device control,basic loop control,optimal control and operation management of process control,system management and so on.The control system enables perfect fusion of field bus and PROFIBUS technology by using Siemens Step7 and Wincc.(3)On the platform of basis automation,to solve nonlinear,time-varying and large time delays and other problems in kiln temperature control and TG speed control of pellet producing key process control,it combined advanced control,practical experience and mathematical modeling to complete speed automatic control of the TG and heat balance.system control of kilnThe TG-kiln of pellets automatic control program in this thesis is widely used in our country's production lines.The effect is good by testing in practice.
